These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RTG Models Dubai website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Service Description

RTG Models Dubai provides talent management and booking services, including but not limited to model management, talent scouting, event staffing, brand ambassador placements, fashion show production, and photography services. All services are provided on a project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing through a retainer or ongoing service agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

2. Ordering Procedure

To engage our services, the following procedure applies:

• Inquiry: Submit a booking request through our website contact form, email, or phone with your project requirements.
• Proposal: Our team will prepare and send a detailed proposal including talent options, pricing, timeline, and terms within 2-3 business days.
• Confirmation: Review and approve the proposal in writing (email confirmation is acceptable). Your approval constitutes acceptance of the project terms and pricing.
• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Execution: We will coordinate all logistics, talent preparation, and on-site management as specified in the agreed proposal.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due within 7 days of project completion unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment Procedure

The following payment terms apply to all engagements:

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT (5%) which will be added to the final invoice.
• A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
• The remaining balance is due within 7 days of project completion.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and corporate cheques.
• International clients may pay via wire transfer; additional bank charges are the responsibility of the client.
• Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge on the outstanding balance.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days.

4. Cancellation and Termination

The following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 14 days before project date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 7-14 days before project date: 50% refund of the total project cost.
• Less than 7 days before project date: No refund; the full project cost is due.
• Rescheduling: Free rescheduling is available if requested more than 7 days in advance, subject to talent and venue availability. Rescheduling within 7 days may incur additional charges.
• Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the aim of reaching a fair resolution for both parties.

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a booking if the client fails to make required payments, breaches these Terms, or if the project requirements change significantly from the original agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of RTG Models Dubai and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Usage rights for images and content produced during projects are governed by the specific agreement for each project and must be negotiated separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• RTG Models Dubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
• We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or performance of individual models or talent beyond reasonable professional standards.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or returns on investment from the use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RTG Models Dubai, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, pricing details, and any other confidential information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
