The Basic plan is designed for smaller projects and includes access to our model database, up to 3 curated model options for your project, standard booking coordination, and email support. This plan is ideal for single-day shoots or simple campaigns.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time during your project. The price difference will be prorated based on the remaining project scope. Simply contact your project manager or our support team to arrange an upgrade.

Travel and accommodation costs for models are not included in the base pricing and are quoted separately based on the project location and duration. For projects within Dubai, local transportation is included in all plans. International travel arrangements are available through our Premium plan or as an add-on.

Absolutely. We offer retainer agreements and custom packages for clients with ongoing needs. These packages can include preferential rates, priority access to exclusive talent, and a dedicated account manager. Contact us to discuss a tailored arrangement.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the project date receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the project date are non-refundable. We recommend discussing rescheduling options as an alternative.
